MMCC Europe is located in Nottinghamshire, UK. We also have a store in the USA and in Australia. All orders placed on this web store will be shipped from our UK warehouse.


All payments are taken in Euro. As a guide, you can select your local currency from the drop-down menu at the top of the page. This is a guide only.


We strive to offer top quality at the best price. If you find one of our items cheaper elsewhere, let us know and we'll do our best to beat it.


All items are kept in stock with the exception of special order items. Any item on our webstore which has a shipping time specified in the description is considered to be a special order item.

Order Status

You will receive an email from us notifying you your order has shipped.


All our products come with a 12 month warranty. Should your item be faulty, we will replace it for you at our expense. ANY ELECTRICAL ITEM NOT INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY. Wear and tear or misuse does not constitute a manufacturing fault. 


We ship to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. For shipping to other countries, you can order from our US store, or Australian store.

Orders are shipped within 1 business day. Express orders placed before 11am are shipped same day!


All electrical items are excluded from return.

If you have purchased an item from us and have decided you no longer need it, in most cases you can return it in exchange for store credit. Please note: there is a 3 Euro handling fee per return.

The item must be in a condition suitable for resale. This means it must not be scratched, marked, dented, bent or damaged in any way. The item must be returned with any supporting documentation and packaging it was supplied with and proof of purchase within 30 days. You must contact us for approval prior to returning goods. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Generally we do not accept returns of special order items. These are items that are not held in stock. Any item on our webstore which has a shipping time specified in the description is considered to be a special order item. Electrical items are also excluded from return.
